If you could include "See our website for directions and a map to our Store" on your advertisements, how much time would you save yourself by having customers look on the website for a map? Visual clues are much easier for most to follow instead of verbal directions. It would make your business easier to find.
You could display your business hours on a website, and even if your store is closed, others would be able to look at the services and products you offer anytime day or night - at their convenience.
Many times a customer might have a question, but does not have time to pick up the phone, call and ask it during your business hours - or by the time your store is open, the question is forgotten. A quick email from your website would convey the answer and a personalized feeling that someone is there to help - great customer service.
